DP OC: Portia Evans/Portia Geist

I decided to redraw and update the bios of my Danny Phantom OCs that I want to use again. Next up is Portia, the snooty, dumb, popular girl. Again, not really any change to her.

Personality: Greedy, manipulative, shallow, dim-witted
Bio: Portia hangs with the popular crowd of Casper High. She’s become a sort of frenemy of Paulina whom she fights over the limelight with. She was good friends with Valerie through middle school and the beginning of high school, due to both of their dads working at Axiom Labs, but immediately shunned her along with everyone else when Valerie lost her money.
One night, her father brought his work home with him which included a gemstone that gave off ectoplasmic radiation. Portia, who was getting ready for a party, decided the gem would make a great accessory and snagged it when her father wasn’t looking. Her new necklace fused with her skin which in turn fused her DNA with ghost radiation. The ectoplasmic gem gave her ghost powers and is also her power source. The gem will also glow whenever a ghost is present and when she uses her powers. Her ghost fighting clothes are the party clothes she wore at the time of the fusion; the ectoplasm somehow changed her outfit, hair, and eye coloration. She doesn’t like her powers much and only uses them to her advantage (sneaking out and going through walls for instance). She only keeps her powers a secret because she thinks her ghost half is much prettier and doesn’t want her father taking that away.
Portia became interested in Sam; fond of her dark and mysterious nature that she hadn’t experienced before. Portia started flirting with Sam at school, annoying Sam to no end. After Portia gained ghost powers, Danny sensed something paranormal about her. Danny, Sam, and Tucker did some investigating and discovered that Portia had ghost powers when she was flying around the local park one night. Seeing Portia ignorantly flying about and firing ecto-blasts at everything, Danny felt the need to confront her. Danny decided that the best thing to do was to show Portia how she was supposed to use her powers as opposed to letting her destroy the city. Portia agreed to the training only so she could be around Sam. After that, the daily routine of Portia’s ghost fighting lessons began. Portia showed to be an unenthusiastic and worthless student and on more than one occasion almost pushed Team Phantom to the brink of insanity, but Danny had become too afraid of the careless damage Portia could do without supervision to let her go out into the world untrained. Portia also asked her mentor for a “cool ghost name” and first wanted to be called Portia Phantom. Danny detested her stealing his name and urged Sam to help come up with a new one. Sam, after having all of her other suggestions declined by Portia, finally came up with the name ‘Portia Geist’ as a play on the word ‘poltergeist’. Portia agreed to the name because “it sounded cute”. After a week or two of starting Portia’s training, Danny became so fed up with Portia that he kicked her to the curb, no longer caring what trouble she caused and would deal with it “when the time came”.
