Sailor Rose New Ref

I decided to update Sailor Rose for SMOCT 3 since she'll be participating as a spectator. I've always felt like she looked a bit too much like Sailor Venus with her original hairstyle so I changed up her hair. It's now styled like how it is in her super form [link] but tamed down since her super form would be an upgrade. She has to keep her hair bow though so I put it on the side of her head instead of the back. I think it looks cute this way. I made her boots a little bit shorter too but you can't really tell that much. I changed her planetary symbol a little bit too to make it simpler.

History: Michiyo was once a normal teenage girl trying to get through high school but that all changed when she came across an orange cat named Shinichi. He explained to Michiyo that she is also a part of a Sailor Senshi just like Sailor Moon. Michiyo, being quite a Sailor Moon fan, is instantly excited. Shinichi tells her that Sailor Moon and her senshi require more assistance due to a massive wave of evil doers. He also explains that Michiyo is Sailor Rose and is the leader of a separate, smaller, group of Sailor Senshi called the Shadow Senshi. Michiyo later finds out that her best friend Kumiko (Sailor Midnight) and an upperclassmen girl Ayumu (Sailor Blood) who she later befriends are a part of her team. During her first battle she is saved by the local but mysterious crime fighter, the Silver Phantom. She doesn’t take too kindly to him and tells him that she can fight on her own. Though she doesn’t know that the Silver Phantom is actually the guy she’s crushing on, Koike.
